Keep your Pet safe: Know the temperature in your RV

| Updated Nov 16, 2017

We all like to go camping with out pets.

But sometimes, we have to leave them alone while we explore a hiking trail, or do some shopping or go out to dinner. But how can you be sure the temperature inside the RV is safe?

We just tested a great monitor that will send an alert to your smartphone of the unit's internal thermometer shows the parameters of temperature and humidity that you set are exceeded. Check this travel vlog video to see how it works and the pros and cons.

The device is the Blustream Temperature and Humidity Sensor and you can find it at https://rvlifestyle.com/gear. Scroll down to the end of the kit that deals with the products we use and feature on our blog and YouTube channel.

Bluestream device still needs a wifi connection. Wonder is I leave on of our cell phones in the RV and hooked up to car battery, and make it a hot spot, if that would work.
