You can whirl this dip together in ‘no time’ if you have a blender onboard. Serve with some fresh raw veggies, your favorite cracker or pita chips. This dip can also be used as a spread for sandwiches.

1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes in jar (drain oil) and chop coarsely
1/2 teaspoon dried basil or chop a few fresh basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Place first 4 ingredients into the blender and whirl to blend then drizzle olive oil in while the blender is on low. Place dip in a small bowl. Serve with fresh raw veggies or crackers of choice.
