Halibut, swordfish, cod, red snapper or salmon are good choices for this grilled fish recipe.

2 fish steaks
2 oz butter
1/2 cup cucumber, rins, dry, peel, medium diced
2 tbsp. fresh dill (or 3/4 tsp dry dill spice)
1 lemon, juiced
salt and pepper to taste
Grill fish over medium heat on a lightly greased grill or skillet until fish is cooked 10-20 minutes.
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium high heat.
Add chopped cucumber, chives, dill. Stir and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Place fish on serving plate. Season a squeeze of lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
