3 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1 1/2″ cubes
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
coarse ground pepper to taste.
Variation: Add 1/2 thinly sliced red onion and some chopped mint to taste.
Toss ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve!
