[et_pb_column type=”4_4″][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text”]It’s been another great year of traveling in our Roadtrek Class B campervan – over 35,000 miles driven through 22 states and one Canadian province over 247 days.

That works out to being on the road almost 68% of the year.

We stayed in campgrounds, state and national forests, National Parks, some hideaway boondocking spots we keep to ourselves like a fisherman does his favorite fishing hole We stayed on farms and orchards, city streets, Cracker Barrel, Walmart and Cabella parking lots and in the driveways and backyards of friends and family,

We camped last year in rain, fog, hail, snow and sunshine, in temperatures ranging from near zero Fahrenheit to almost 100 degrees.

And we can’t wait to do it all over again come 2019, starting out in a couple of weeks with an annual winter campout in Michigan’s snow Upper Peninsula – just as we begin our travel schedule every year.

2019 will be our seventh year of living in a van doing the RV Lifestyle. And as we spend these year end days with family and friends enjoying the holidays at our Michigan sticks and bricks home, we have lots of stories to share of our adventures and hopes for the new ones to come in 2019.

Here’s a video recap of 2018 life on the road.
