Come with us to the Lake Erie shoreline in Ohio and experience Chautauqua Lakeside, a 143-year-old gated summer community that began as a campground and still is one today – along with hundreds of charming cottages, recreational, spiritual, educational and entertainment activities.
Our experience was very positive as you can see in the video below.
But it got us thinking and wondering what other RVers think of such a place, with lots of organized activities but plenty of space and time for relaxation.
They have a 7 year wait for a seasonal spot there and that got us wondering about how many RVers would like a seasonal spot in an RV park or development. There are overnight spots available, too, but you need a reservation.
