Live from the beach

 Live from the beach

Last night, our “Ask Us Anything” live stream on YouTube came from our Meet and Greet on the Gulf Island National Seashore near Navarre, FL.

We had some 30 different RVers stop by for the afternoon. About half were residents of nearby communities, the rest visiting snowbirds escaping the cold of the north. One couple was from Anchorage, Alaska.

We showed off the Leisure Travel Van RTB model we are testing out. Another couple came in a Leisure Travel Van Unity model. There were two Pleasure-Ways, a bunch of Roadtreks, a Class C Thor, a travel trailer and a fifth wheel. There were a couple of solo women who  showed up to go through the different  RVs as part of their shopping research.Neither woman knew each otber. One was from Pensacola, one from Niceville.

A couple with a trailer back in storage left it at home and drove their pick-uo truck over. A visiting couple left their Pleasure-Wa=y back at the campground and drove the Smart car they tow with the RV.

We toured rigs, watched the dogs sniff each other, visited on the beach, watched the sunset and then went out to a seafood dinner at a nearby waterfront restaurant as a group.

We couldn't wait toi get to the Ask Us Anything live stream program because we used it last night to announce our latest e-Book. It's the first of a series of 7 Day RV Adventure Guides that will eventually cover all of North America. But for this first one, we chose a destination relatively close to home that is one of our most favorite places to explore anywhere on the continent – The U.P.! Details at

Here's a rewind of the live stream:
