When Jennifer showed her new magnifying mirror in our last How We Roll episode, it sparked a reader question about other things in the bathroom. Namely, how we have added things and whether it's even possible to shower comfortably in a Class B RV.

We show and tell. Please note: the fresh water tank in our Roadtrek CS Adventurous XL holds 18 gallons. But you know what: Used conservatively, that is just fine for us.
If you are off boondocking, taking what's known as a “Navy Shower” is the way to go.
I explain, as Jennifer shares some storage solutions and easy customizations we've done, as well as revealing her favorite feature in the coach's bathroom – the awesome heater that keeps things toasty warm on those chilly mornings or middle of the night visits.
For the record, the shelves and storage solution we show were bought at a Bed Bath & Beyond store.
The retractable clothesline I purchased came from Amazon. Cost was $15.99

Noted that Jennifer wanted a retracting clothes lines. After seeing them in an Airstream Interstate, I ordered one from Amazon for our 2012 RS – cost about $17. Contacted RoadTrek to see how thick the wood behind the shower plastic was and was told it was 5/8 inch behind the toilet. The other side wouldn’t be a problem back it backed up into the closet. Don’t use the screws that come with the clothes line, but use wood screws.
