I love RVing across North America. There is so much to see, so much to do, so many places to visit and explore that the open road calls. The challenge is, how do you stay abreast of all that is happening in the RV world and know where to go and what to see?
What adventures do I need to put on my bucket list?
Do you have a case of RV wanderlust like me?
I can't wait to see what's round the next bend. That's why I love the photo above. That's me in my little motorhome in the Bighorn Mountains. RVing gets you there up close and personal!
As many of you know, I've been a journalist all my life. For much of my career, I've been an investigative reporter. I've been a columnist for big city newspapers, been nationally syndicated, written national magazine articles and have been an NBC-TV Technology reporter for all 215 NBC-TV stations.
Now that I am an RVer, it's hard to give up those habits. That's why I do my RV Lifestyle blog, to share my adventures and the fun people and places we encounter on the open road. Truly, as every RVer knows, very mile we drive down the road is like an epic movie unfolding on the other side of the windshield. Ever day is an adventure of new experiences.
But old newsmen are hard to break of their nose-for-news habits. That's why I started my RV Newsletter, to sniff out all the RV stories out there that are of interest to consumers. There's plenty of industry news, or news from dealers trying to sell you a new unit. But finding stories and news of interest to consumers, RVers, motorhome owners, campers, Fifth Wheel owners, travel trailer enthusiasts and those who love to take roadtrips – those are often hard to find.
Not anymore. My newsletter finds the best of them. And you can have them sent directly to your email account each week. Free.
Just fill out the form below and you'll be subscribed. And when you do, as my gift to you, I'll send you an free RV Packing List.
Let's face it, it is so easy to forget something when it's time to head out on another RV adventure.
If you're like me, there's always something you left behind. Often, several things. And replacing them on the road is often easier said then done.
The packing list is a pdf file that stores on your computer. You get a download link as soon as you subscribe.
Each time, before packing the RV, print it out and check off each item as you gather up the things you'll need.
It's yours. Free. Simple, but handy.
Fill in the form and you'll get a link to download it to your computer as you sign up for the newsletter.
The form above subscribes you to my Small Motorhome and RV Newsletter.
The newsletter comes out every Monday and is filled with interesting stories about RVing, camping, motorhomes and campgrounds. I think you'll enjoy it. If you don't, there's a little “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each newsletter that will take you off the list anytime you want.
Thanks for reading this. I look forward to sending you the RV Packing List and my Small Motorhome and RV Newsletter.
I'll see you out there…
