Bolognese Pizza

I made a significant amount of Bolognese sauce for spaghetti the other day so I served and re-served the same sauce for various meals over a few days.  Here is a Bolognese pizza I came up with that is simple and tasty.

Ingredients:

Pizza dough – I used frozen pizza balls but Trader Joe's and other stores have nice fresh refrigerated dough

1 1/3 cups Meat and tomato sauce – I used left overs but will post the spaghetti Bolognese recipe soon also

1 cup  Mozzarella Cheese – pre packed from the grocery store

3 tablespoons shaved Parmesan  – ready made cheese aisle at Trader Joe's or other grocer

Directions:

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.  Dust a rolling pin and cutting board with flour. Roll out fresh or defrosted dough on a floured surface to the desired thickness. Place the dough on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.  Top the dough with a Bolognese sauce approximately 1/3″ coverage from the middle of the pizza, leaving a 1/3″ border without
